Week 38 - "Blue" Photo Challenge

This was taken on August 1st- The very first day of my 365 project. It wasn't used but once I saw that I ♥ Faces and a "blue" photo challenge- I went and dug this up. He's got blue all over his face and just look at that poor little expression. He's so "blue." So perfect.

Let's start off by showing you a photo of my little piglet <3.
What a cutie!

And now I'm going to share with you what I made for dinner.

Italian Chicken Noodle SkilletYeild: 4 Servings

1-3/4 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (if desired)
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes in sauce
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced- fat reduced- sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup shredded part-skin mozzarella cheese

1) Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute mushrooms for 2-4 minutes or until tender. Stir in tomatoes and soup until blended. Stir in the chicken, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

2) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.

3) Drain the noodles; stir into skillet. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; cover until cheese is melted.

I did take a photo for today but it is for my scrapbook only. It is a photo of Dallas and his Mema in her hospital bed. The only photo that was taken of her (as far as I know) and I'm not sure if Mema would like it to be posted on the internet for everyone to see. But, I will take this time to thank all of you for your prayers and we are hoping she has a speedy recovery! She's a strong woman. We knew she would come out of it with a smile.

Our wedding day. Everyone must be curious about our wedding date and why we chose a "Monday." Well, most of you already know that I survived a house explosion. It happened on August 24, 2006. Every year we have tried to turn such a traggic memory into a beautiful day. In 2007, we had a "Celebrate Life" party. I had just gotten the last of my garments off and so I started a food fight. In 2008, we had my baby shower. And so Kevin and I decided for 2009, we'd get married.

This is my Maid of Honor holding my son. She's been my best friend since we were 8 years old. She's been there for me through all of my hard times including the house explosion and mannny others. She is seriously the bestest friend I will ever have.

My MOH hosted my Bridal Shower and she decorated these foam stars and had everyone that attended write advice to me on each of them.
